For asbestos roofing sheets, Health and Safety Executive-compliant procedures are followed, including the use of disposable overalls, gloves, and approved respiratory protection. Roofing systems available after stripping off

Kingspan composite insulated panels
These consist of a 0.4mm fully galvanised liner bonded to PIR insulation (40mm to 120mm) and a profiled PVC-coated outer sheet. The system includes a 25-year panel guarantee and a 40-year external coating warranty.

Built-up metal roofing system
This system uses two metal skins separated by a galvanised spacer rail with insulation wool in the cavity. Insulation thickness is tailored to meet required U-values, with an anti-condensation sheet recommended.

Single-skin roof cladding
Suitable for uninsulated buildings, this option uses 0.5mm or 0.7mm polyester or PVC-coated plastisol sheets for a durable finish. It can include an anti-condensation backing to prevent dripping when ventilation is adequate.
