We also offer a full contracting service, supplying and fixing contracts from just a few hundred pounds up to £200,000.  We have successfully erected many hundreds of industrial buildings around the North West in our 20 years in business.

We offer a friendly and efficient service right through from site surveying, estimating, to on site erection and hand over of finished contracts.

We never skimp on quality or specification and always ensure that the customer gets what he is paying for.  All our contracts are fully insured with 2 million cover for public liability, and 10 million for employers liability, as well as our contractors all risk policy.

All our fixers are very experienced and have achieved NVQ level two CSCS card which is a CITB award, they have also been trained and licensed to operate all the plant we use such as Hydraulic Booms and Scissor Hoists, Tele Handlers and are issued with all the most up to date power tools and laser levels to make on site erection quick, professional with the materials being fixed to a very high standard.

Every contract undertaken is sent our comprehensive health and safety pack at the start of each contract, containing all our documents such as Company Safety Policy, Risk Assessment, Cosh reports, Method Statements and Insurance details. We are a Health and Safety oriented company ensuring that the well being and safety of our workers is paramount and that you the customer have peace of mind knowing that the contract is being carried out to the proper standards.

Structural Steelwork

We not only supply and fix metal roofing systems but with the very close relationship we have with an equally professional and competitive steel fabrication company we can offer structural steel, either as a complete package or as two separate companies working direct for the client.  This gives you the customer the confidence of knowing that two very important parts of the building i.e. the steel frame and roof and wall cladding will be erected and will fit together properly due to our two companies liaising with each other at the design stage, ensuring that you get the best building we can supply.
